The Coordinator provides operational leadership for a specific set of services. Developing processes, monitoring, budget oversight, community liaison, and coordination are key areas of responsibility. We hire proven, enthusiastic professionals who are willing to:

  6. Evaluate existing programs and implement needed changes

  7. Coordinate, plan and oversee recreational, social, employment and community based programs

  8. Provide professional and timely communication to families, parents, staff, government and Leadership

 

Do you have?

  1. Leadership, vision and motivational skills

  2. Ability to communicate professionally in verbal, written and report form

  3. Team building, coaching and mediation skills

  4. Degree (Master’s preferred) in the Community Disability Services field

  5. Management, prioritizing, decision making and implementation skills

  6. Proven skills in program development with outcome based results

  7. Exposure or understanding of community resources

  8. For positions in Children & Youth Services:

    1. Progressively responsible experience and training relating to children’s developmental and behavioral issues

    2. Ability to motivate and train a typically, younger, part-time and casual group of staff
